In 2015, Dawn joined the food pantry as the Operations Manager. She oversaw the food ordering, deliveries, food distributions and volunteer recruitment and management. In 2019, Dawn took over as the Director and is responsible for overall program management. Dawn, a U of I graduate, has a background in non-profit marketing and fundraising.

Michelle joined the pantry staff in November 2019. Michelle coordinates distributions and deliveries at our Parkland College location. She brings experience as a volunteer at multiple pantries in C-U and is knowledgeable about the many food resources available in our community.

Brian enjoys helping out at the Pantry and telling bad jokes. Since retiring from his former engineering career, he now has time to assist in helping out those in our community who are food insecure and transportation insecure. He has called the Champaign-Urbana area home for the last 20 years, but before that he was nomadic, living in 5 other states before setting down deep roots here in the prairie.
